Our Level 1 Bundle consists of:

 

• A 30-minute 1 to 1 telephone consultation – An introduction to becoming an employer.

• Your duty as a responsible employer.

• Your legal requirements and why it is important to obtain and check legal right to work.

• Role Profile (job description) template and guidance.

• Interview questions and scoring matrix template.

• A “New Starter”, starter pack including a template contract of employment.

• A guide to ensuring you are fully insured

• Ensuring your wellbeing & the importance of Disclosure and Barring Checks (DBS).

CES Care Level 2 Bundle - £117.00 Supporter Bundle*

If you need some dedicated support in recruiting, selecting and advertising for the right support and you know you need more than just guidance in the recruitment process, our Supporter Bundle may be a better option for you. With this mid-range bundle, you will receive all the support as detailed in the Basic Bundle as well as:

 

• Advert support and preparation (linked to job description).

• Advice and guidance on where to advertise, locally and on line.

• Support in preparing and agreeing interview questions and tailored scoring matrix.

• Interview venue located and arranged.

• (30 minutes) additional telephone support.

• DBS application – (Cost of application is yours to pay and not included)

CES Care Level 3 Bundle - £222.00 All in Bundle*

If you require our dedicated support in the entire recruitment process our “All in Bundle” may be better suited to you. This elevated bundle offers you all the services of the “Basic Bundle” and all the enhanced services in the “Supporter” bundle too:

 

• A 1 hour 1 to 1 consultation to understand your entire requirements and budget.

• Advert preparation and advert placing.

• Application reviews and CV reviews.

• Attendance and lead in your interviews (+0.45p per mile fuel)

• Offer letter and Contract of employment preparation and issue.

• DBS application – (Cost of application is yours to pay and not included)

• Provide Letter of Authority for 3rd Party providers.

CES Care Level 4 Bundle - £290.00 Hands Off Bundle*

Then our “Hands-off Bundle” may be the best option for you. This Premium bundle offers you all the services in the “Basic Bundle”, “Supporter” bundle”, and the “All in Bundle” as well as:

 

• Setting you up as an Employer – PAYE

• Auto Enrolment – Pension Compliance.

• Complete end to end recruitment and selection process.

• Direct Payment and Personal Budget Management and assistance

• Multiple (same time) vacancies included in this package (up to a max of 3).

• Arrange all insurance cover on your behalf. (insurance premium payment is not included).

• Employee Screening to Care Quality Commission Standard.

*When purchasing CES Bundles, all bundles are based on a pre-determined number of hours to provide the advertised service. If the block of purchased hours are exhausted prior to service being finalized this will incur additional upfront costs by the hour, or a further bundle may be purchased.
